If you have ten jobs going and have to ask to find out which one is where and which one hasn't paid yet.
Does this day sound familiar?
- You have more than ten jobs in progress, but have to ask the owner for status
- Each extra round of drafts pushes the schedule back, but it isn't recorded anywhere
- The balance is due after delivery, but you have to open the bank account to know when it came in
- You don't know who's on which job, so you can't tell whether you can take on a new one
Here's how it works in Sprintingo
Everything below is something the product does today. We left out what it doesn't.
- 01Move jobs through columns from inquiry to contract
Put incoming jobs in stage columns and drag them along. Each column shows the count, total amount and how many days each card has sat there, so stalled jobs stand out.
- 02A timeline with phases comes with it
Create a project and a Gantt chart with planning, design, development and QA phases opens alongside. Switch between month and week views to see where today's line is.
- 03Draft rounds stay on record
Carry unfinished work over to next week and the original stays in last week marked "carried over," while the copy shows which round it's on. If the same work carries over three times, that's your signal that "this job is dragging."
- 04The balance payment is your revenue
Split a contract into deposit, interim payment and balance, check off the installments that came in, and they count as that month's revenue. The sum of unchecked installments is your receivables.

Frequently asked questions
- We're not a dev team — do weekly sprints fit us?
- Yes. Cutting work into weeks is about cadence, not the type of work. Planning, operations and support work lives on a separate board next to the development board, sharing the same weeks.
- Do we need to give freelancers accounts?
- You can or you can't. Permissions are per screen, so you can create accounts that see the board but not amounts. It's a flat price per company, so the price stays the same as headcount grows.
- Can it issue tax invoices?
- Not yet. The current scope goes as far as payment check-offs and revenue recognition; for issuing invoices, keep using the method you have. If you need it, tell us what form you need it in.
