If each job is short and there are many of them, and you only find out after it's over which ones made money and which didn't.

Does this day sound familiar?

  • Jobs are so short you start without time to plan, and when they end nothing is left on record
  • Month-end is consumed by matching money paid to partners against money received, job by job
  • The same person is on three jobs at once, but that isn't visible anywhere
  • You have to count to know how many proposals went out and how many landed

Here's how it works in Sprintingo

Everything below is something the product does today. We left out what it doesn't.

  1. 01Proposal status shows up as numbers

The pipeline shows the count and total amount per stage, and the server calculates the win rate. Answer "how many proposals went out this month?" by looking at the screen.

  2. 02A contract is a project

Convert a card in the Won column and it becomes a project, with weeks, a board and a timeline for its duration. Even short jobs open in one-week units.

  3. 03Track money paid to partners per job

Enter subcontract payments inside the project and your share is calculated. Revenue is recorded in full; the split is shown separately.

  4. 04See how many jobs each person is on

The employee list shows ongoing projects on one line. The basis for deciding whether you can take on a new job is right there on screen.

Frequently asked questions

Many of our jobs are shorter than a week.
They still go into a week. A single week can hold several jobs, and short jobs wrap up in two or three tasks. A week is a management unit, not the size of the work.
Can we see profitability per job?
Your share is calculated from the contract amount and subcontract payments. Cost calculation that includes labor isn't available yet, so if you need that, tell us what basis you use.
Can it manage on-site staff on event day?
Register them as partners and staff to manage them. There's no feature like on-site check-in — if you need it, we can build it as a screen and add it.
