2. What we do not collect
- We do not collect unique identifiers such as resident registration numbers or bank account numbers, or financial information.
- There is no separate database storing inquiry details. Submitted inquiries are kept only in the Slack work channel described below.
- Your IP address is used only in server memory for 10 minutes to block repeated submissions from the same source, and is not stored anywhere.
- We do not collect advertising identifiers or provide information to other businesses for use in their advertising.
3. Purposes of use

- Reviewing your inquiry, scheduling consultations, and replying with quotes and answers
- Product news (optional consent)
- Sending emails about product news and training. Not consenting does not affect how we respond to your inquiry
4. Retention and destruction
Kept for 1 year from the date received, then destroyed. Inquiries older than 1 year are automatically deleted according to the message retention settings of the storage location (Slack channel). Consent information obtained through optional consent is destroyed immediately when you tell us you wish to unsubscribe. If a contract is concluded, transaction records may be kept separately for the period required by applicable laws.
