A project management tool whose price stays the same as your team grows
With per-seat pricing, every new hire starts with a question: do we give them an account? Meanwhile the work of people without accounts moves outside the tool, and work outside the tool never shows up in your progress.

Per-seat pricing makes you ask "who gets an account?" every time
When the price grows with headcount, you start rationing accounts. Developers get accounts while planning, design and sales pass things along over chat. Half the work then happens outside the tool, and the progress left in the tool drifts from reality.
A project management tool earns its keep when the whole team looks at the same screen. So the pricing model decides whether everyone can come in.
Sprintingo is a flat price per company, and every plan has unlimited users
The price is the same no matter how many people you add. The only two things that differ between plans are the number of workspaces and Loopy's monthly AI usage limit (shared across the company). Features are not limited.
The Free plan includes 1 workspace, unlimited users, and up to $3 a month of Loopy AI shared across the company. Choose "Create a new company" on the sign-up screen and you start right away, no approval needed. Prices for each plan are on the pricing page, and they are final amounts including VAT.
What changes when users are unlimited
- Sales, HR and back office join the same account — alongside project management, you see the sales pipeline, HR and revenue in one account.
- Everyone who joins gets an account right away — screen-level permissions decide which menus each person sees.
- Everyone writes daily reports — Loopy reaches out first to people who haven't written theirs yet, and leaves comments with a way forward on blocked work.
- You don't recalculate the bill when you hire — the amount stays the same as your team grows.
What to check when choosing an unlimited-user tool
- 01Whether "unlimited" comes with other conditionsEven with unlimited users, if features are cut by plan you'll end up upgrading anyway. Check in one line what the plans are divided by.
- 02Whether permissions can be split by screenTo bring everyone in, each person should see only what they need. Payroll and revenue screens shouldn't be open to every project member.
- 03Whether it comes set up from the startThe more people there are, the more working styles diverge if everyone configures their own. Check whether creating a project gives you a to-do list, weekly plan and schedule already set up.
- 04Whether you can try it free firstPutting your whole team in and running it for a week is the surest test.
Frequently asked questions

- Won't the Loopy limit run out as the team grows?
- Loopy's limit is shared across the company, not per person. If you need more, you can move up a plan right inside the app.
