Education, lecturing & consulting
If courses keep running but you have to open a spreadsheet to know how much is coming from which institution and when.
Does this day sound familiar?
- Institution proposals and course operations are in different sheets, so you go back and forth
- Payment comes long after the course ends, and its status in between isn't recorded anywhere
- You check every time which instructor is teaching which course on which day
- Government-funded programs differ in nature from revenue, so it's awkward to put them in the same sheet
Here's how it works in Sprintingo
Everything below is something the product does today. We left out what it doesn't.
- 01Run education sales separately
Outsourcing sales and education sales are separate pipelines. Stages are set separately too, so you can turn an institution's process like "proposal submitted → review → selected" directly into columns.
- 02Payment management has its own board
On the education business and apartment payment management board, you move receivables through stages. It's a different axis from the revenue dashboard, so they don't get mixed.
- 03Government-funded programs are kept apart from revenue
Grants and competition results are external achievements, not revenue, so they're managed on a separate screen. They don't get mixed into goal achievement calculations.
- 04Instructor schedules on one calendar
Annual leave, course schedules and one-on-ones all go on the unified calendar. No more going around to find out who's free when.
Screens this industry opens most
- Education sales pipelineFrom institution proposal to selection. Change stage names on screen
- Payment managementInstallment receivables by stage. Separate from the revenue axis
- Government-funded program managementGrants and competitions as KPIs separate from revenue

Frequently asked questions
- Can it manage students?
- Not yet. The current scope is institution sales, course operations and payments; for student rosters and attendance, keep using the method you have. If you need it, we can build it as a screen and add it.
- When is revenue recorded?
- When the money comes in. Revenue is recognized in the month the payment is deposited, not when the course contract is signed, so it stays in line with cash flow.
- Most of our instructors are external.
- Register them as partners and assign them to projects as staff. Giving them accounts is optional, and even if you do, you can limit permissions per screen.
