Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Payment and Refund Processing

Payments, taxes and refunds are processed by Dodo Payments, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, and Dodo Payments may appear on invoices and receipts.

2. Within 7 Days of Payment — Full Refund

If you request a refund within 7 days of payment and have not used features available only on paid plans (additional workspaces, a higher AI Loopy allowance, etc.), we will refund you in full. This applies to both monthly and annual billing.

3. Cancelling a Subscription

• You can cancel your subscription at any time.
• After cancelling, you can keep using the Service until the end of the billing period already paid, and you will not be charged again.
• For monthly billing, if you cancel after the first 7 days, that month's fee is not refunded.

4. Annual Billing — Cancelling After 7 Days

We deduct the regular monthly price (before the annual discount) for each month used from the amount paid and refund the rest. A partial month counts as a full month.

Refund = annual amount paid − (months used × regular monthly price)

5. If You Could Not Use the Service Because of Us

If you could not use the Service due to reasons attributable to the Company, such as a service outage, we will refund the amount for the period you could not use it, or the full amount.

6. How to Request and Processing Time

Email ref6318@gmail.com with your sign-up email, workspace name, payment date and reason for the refund. We will reply within 3 business days. Once a refund is approved, the time it takes to reach you depends on your card issuer or payment method.

7. Changes to This Policy

We will announce changes to this policy on this page at least 7 days before they take effect. This policy takes effect on 2026-11-01.
