Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the Sprintingo service (the web app at app.sprintingo.com and related services, the "Service") provided by Munin Labs (무닌랩스, the "Company"), and the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Company and users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• "User" means an individual or legal entity that agrees to these terms, creates an account and uses the Service.
• "Workspace" means a work space a User creates in the Service for a company or team.
• "Paid Service" means a paid subscription such as the Starter, Team or Business plan.
• "Reseller" means Dodo Payments, the Merchant of Record that processes payments, taxes and refunds on the Company's behalf.

Article 3 (Posting and Effect of the Terms)

The Company posts these terms where they can be viewed at any time in the Service. Matters not covered here follow applicable laws and general commercial practice.

Article 4 (The Service)

The Service lets a company manage projects, HR, sales and revenue from a single account, and includes the AI scrum master Loopy. The number of workspaces and the monthly AI Loopy allowance differ by plan; details are on the Pricing page.

Article 5 (Accounts)

• Users must provide accurate information when signing up.
• Users are responsible for keeping their account and password secure and must not let third parties use them.
• Users must notify the Company immediately if they learn their account has been stolen or used without permission.

Article 6 (Paid Services and Payment)

• The Free plan is free. Paid plans are offered as monthly or annual subscriptions and renew and are charged automatically on the same cycle until cancelled.
• Prices are as shown on the Pricing page (VAT included).
• Payments, taxes and refunds are processed by Dodo Payments, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Dodo Payments may therefore appear as the seller on invoices, receipts and card statements.
• If the Company changes its prices, it will give 30 days' notice, and the new price applies from the first renewal after that.

Article 7 (Cancellation and Refunds)

Users may cancel their subscription at any time. After cancelling, they can keep using the Service until the end of the billing period already paid, and will not be charged again. Refund criteria and how to request one are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Article 8 (User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct)

Users must not do any of the following. If the Company confirms a violation, it may restrict use of the Service after giving notice (or after the fact in urgent cases).

• Violating laws or infringing others' rights (copyright, personal information, etc.)
• Signing up for or using the Service with someone else's information
• Accessing the Service without authorization, or disrupting its operation through reverse engineering or excessive requests
• Uploading or distributing malicious code
• Reselling the Service or providing it to third parties for profit without the Company's consent

Article 9 (Data and Personal Information)

Rights to the data Users enter into the Service belong to the Users. The Company processes this data only as needed to provide and maintain the Service. Users may request deletion of their data when they cancel, and the Company will delete it without delay except where the law requires it to be kept. Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy.

Article 10 (Changes to and Suspension of the Service)

• The Company may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, failures, natural disasters or other unavoidable reasons, with notice in advance, or after the fact if advance notice is not possible.
• If the Company ends the Service entirely, it will give 30 days' notice and refund the amount for the remaining paid period.

Article 11 (Limitation of Liability)

The Company is not liable for damage caused by force majeure such as natural disasters, by reasons attributable to the User, or by failures of third-party services without intent or gross negligence on the Company's part. This does not apply where applicable law does not allow the Company's liability to be limited.

Article 12 (Changes to the Terms)

When the Company changes these terms, it will announce the effective date and the changes in the Service at least 7 days in advance, or at least 30 days in advance for changes unfavorable to Users. Users who do not agree to the changes may cancel their subscription before the effective date.

Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These terms and use of the Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Lawsuits regarding disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court, except that where the User is a consumer, jurisdiction follows applicable law.

Addendum

These terms take effect on 2026-11-01.
